Warehouse Associate

Avalon is now hiring to fill full-time Warehouse Associate positions in our Lakewood, NJ location.

As part of the Operations Team, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking & packing orders. This position is also responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, including unloading containers of product.

Job Duties:

• Pick & Pack orders
• Build pallets as product is unloaded from containers
• Label products for outbound shipping

Qualifications:

• Should be self-motivated and work well with others
• Thrive in a fast pace environment
• Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
• Must be able to lift up to 25-50 pounds at times on a repetitive basis (frequent bending)
