GMM/CMM Machinist & Quality Technician

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED 2+ years experience with gear checking/measurements, operating/programming
  Gear measuring machine (GMM). Preferably Gleason 3000 or equivalent required.
• Must be able to perform inspections utilizing coordinate measuring technology, including programming and operating a Gleason 3000 gear measurement machine (GMM) or equivalent.
• Must interpret results, create and read K-Charts, and provide recommendations to Operations, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering if non-conforming.
• Must possess strong knowledge with GD&T and Blueprint reading.
• Prefer candidates with at least basic knowledge of SAP/ERP systems, as well as documentation and follow up of non-conformities. Independent self-starter capable of working with little supervision and capacity to communicate turnover, problems, and priorities through e mail to the team.
