Job Description
In this position, the Product Associate gets to hone their client facing/sales experience and gets intimate knowledge of what clients are actually doing with our products. At the same time, they are able to contribute to the product vision – they are a member of the scrum team and attend our weekly meetings – providing detailed information about specific client use cases and requirements.
This role is a great stepping stone into a more product management oriented seat. This role is ideal for a junior salesperson with an aspiration to manage product or somebody from a non-client facing background who wants an opportunity to gain client experience and understand how clients use our products (and how we can make them better).

What You'll Do
- Analyze client data (e.g. client usage data, market data), for insight on what is driving client behavior. Use this data to produce insightful sales material that will drive product usage
- Attend meetings with investor clients or dealers and provide expertise on product changes
- Co-ordinate the production of product specific sales/marketing materials. This will involve working with product team, sales, marketing and legal
- Produce regular updates and communicate internally on progress vs roadmap and business goals
- Produce ad-hoc sales materials for specific clients or initiatives
- Be a stakeholder in the agile development process, helping to ensure client feedback is being captured and correctly prioritized
