Starting salary: $45,000 per year + performance bonus potential

So, what, exactly does a leader for us do? First and foremost, ensures store culture is in line with company values and expectations. Beyond that though, they grow store sales. The primary way they do this is by personally being a dynamic barista themselves, and by hiring and training a barista team to move with speed and precision in order to give our customers their favorite drinks as fast as possible. Taking care of the customer with speedy efficiency and a smile is the path to growth, and that's what we ask our managers to do and train others to do as well. A positive, uplifting leader for your store and your team - that's what we are looking for in a leader. Making sure that you are that smiley, upbeat, enthusiastic personality for your team and your customers.
Please note: A four week paid management training in Omaha, NE or Dallas, TX with travel expenses covered is required. Work schedule can vary and requires flexibility.
