Provider Support Rep
Classification: Medical Customer Service Rep
Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 hourly

What a typical week looks like:
- Investigating, analyzing, reviewing, and resolving discrepancies within corporate data
- Meeting production standards
- Making outbound and receiving return calls regarding retrieving additional information to close out a case
- Maintaining professionalism while working with protected health information and following the policies and best practices of working with that information
What we are looking for:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competence in maintaining a professional level of communication
- Knowledge and understanding of handling confidential pieces of information
- Previous phone experience and willingness to spend 90% of your day on the phone reaching out to gather additional information
**This position is on the phones and you will be speaking directly with companies, clients, and providers on a daily basis**
