Job Description
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Use forklift to restock RMA inspected items and pull missing part items for rebuild. Ensures that required equipment certification is current.
• Receive all returned item from carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS and any other carrier used by the customers.
• Scans tracking numbers from items received into daily return excel log.
• Use existing resources (spare parts and spare packaging materials) to build new or refurbished condition items)
• Identify customer claims by retrieving notes from the invoiced purchase, and leave additional notes in regards to result of inspection.
• Inspects and test’s daily returns to identify problem. Take pictures and keep file of issues found for documentation.
• Keeps record of all returned items inspection results (condition), keeps photographed proof of results and informs account representatives of findings.
• Tracks items being returned without assigned RMA numbers and reports to account representative
• Matches and logs refurbished items to inventory and maintains record on each item received and log results of determination for each item.
• Efficiently carry out all work direction of the Leads, Supervisors and Managers.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned
