Global Addressability Team
LiveRamps Addressability Team is responsible for ensuring that brands can connect their 1p, 2p, and 3p data to publisher inventory, for ensuring that platforms are able to use and transact on LiveRamps identifier, and for driving the success of one of our most important strategic initiatives, Authenticated Traffic Solution (ATS).
Responsibilities
In this role, you will drive the success of publisher adoption of the Authenticated Traffic Solution in our US and Canadian market. Youll manage the North American Publisher Addressability team and be responsible for scaling ATS across the top publishers on digital display, mobile in-app, and Connected TV. You and the team will own pitching our entire Addressability product suite for publishers - including our Authenticated Traffic Solution, ATS Direct, Prebid Analytics, registration wall, and our CMP. Youll provide feedback to our product and parallel Addressability BD teams and help drive LiveRamps Addressability strategy.
You'll work closely with multiple LiveRamp stakeholders to ensure we're able to rapidly onboard publishers to use this service and oversee key relationships with publisher and ecosystem partners. You'll develop strong relationships with the publishers and be seen as their advisor for addressability. You'll develop a deep understanding of our product and be able to quickly understand a publishers role in the ecosystem and how we can together build a sustainable advertising business.
Publisher Strategy
Authenticated Traffic Solution Adoption Your first priority will be working to accelerate adoption of our Authenticated Traffic Solution across the top 10k domains and in particular the top 200 publishers. We have ambitious adoption goals and your mandate will be to do whatever it takes to achieve those goals. Youll be responsible for managing our North American Publisher Addressability team and leveraging your pub relationships to identify the right decision maker, pitch our offering, and ensure a successful implementation.
Publisher Account Management - youll oversee the publisher account management team and ensure that were maintaining strategic relationships with our publisher partners and looking to meet their evolving needs.
Ecosystem Partnerships - LiveRamp often leverages its partnerships to bring innovative solutions to our clients. Youll look to do the same with publishers and explore ways to be more strategic with publishers through our partner relationships.
Industry Leadership - Youll develop and maintain robust relationships with the largest publishers in the industry. Youll be seen as an addressability expert who can help advise these publishers on how LiveRamp helps them today and areas for future collaboration.
Requirements
Hustle - most important to this role is the ability to get a job done regardless of obstacles, ATS is critical to LiveRamps strategy and failure is not an option, youll manage a team of rockstars and ensure the success of ATS is required.
Excellent sales management skills - must be able to track pipeline and manage a BD team and ensure publisher adoption quotas are met is required.
Remarkably strategic, driven, and very entrepreneurial. You should be able to quickly identify and triage opportunities and should be able to take an initiative from idea to finished product/partnership is required.
AdTech/MarTech/Publishing background is required - you should be well known in the industry and have strong publisher connections is required.
Excellent communication skills both internally and externally at the executive level is required.
Super independent and self-sufficient. You need little management, only coaching and mentorship - youre ready to tackle the role from day 1 is required.
Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions) is required.
Willingness to travel 40%+ is required.
