Supply Program Manager Seattle, WA
Job Description:
Responsible total supplier performance and supplier management strategy, total materials budget, and all subcontracts, agreements and orders on assigned flight hardware programs or portions of programs, as well establishing comprehensive material business plans and forecasts. Responsible for assuring timely and accurate completion of all cost, schedule, technical, legal and contractual efforts defined in the agreements between each assigned supplier and Sierra Space and/or its subsidiaries. Responsible for partnering with the Program Office, Engineering, Operations and Business Management in developing/establishing a program material budget and schedule, and then executing within that plan. Within constructs of the execution plan, guide a team in managing and facilitating supplier's program execution, as well as identifying, mitigating and resolving risks/issues to ensure all work products meet cost, schedule and technical requirements. Responsible for leading a team in analyzing critical cost, technical and schedule aspects of supplier proposals, paying special attention to price and any exceptions to terms, the Statement of Work (SOW), the Technical Specifications or any other key requirements: then establish negotiation targets, including major subcontracts and procured material for portions of programs.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in related field for Education required
- 2-4 years of relevant Supplier Program Managment experience
- Must be a US citizen
- Must be able to pass a national agency check
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to travel throughout assigned area - position will be remote and will require 70%
- Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as it applies to Supplier Management.
- Higher edcuation may substitute for relevant
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite of Tools to prepare reports, presentations, and charts

Other Desired Skills:
- Experience in supplier management in the design and development of space vehicle manufacturing, transport, handling and testing
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be required
