Customer Success Specialist, Certified Nursing Assistant

The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) CNA is a liaisonbetween the Office/Clinical Staff and Field Staff and is tasked with insuring that our customers receive a white glove experience and our new employees have a marvelous experience working for our BrightStar location. The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) CNA will also be responsible for providing servicesfor New and Existing clients while we are searching for the perfect caregiver to fit their needs and then introducing the new caregiver to the client for a successful handoff.The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) CNA will be expected to go to all assigned shifts within the BrightStar St. Croix Valley territory and may include Office Duties. BrightStar Care St. Croix Valley is looking for a self-driven, high-energy individual to be part of a highly motivated team of medical staff and office staff. This full time position is a rewarding opportunity to provide care in the homes of those who need it while gaining valuable Customer Service and Office Experience.

Responsibilities:
Be prepared to leave to work within 15 minutes notice during your scheduled hours. We will try to schedule shifts as far out as possible. The following items must be in order:
Dressed, groomed, and ready to go in Uniform with ID Badge
Personal childcare pre-arranged
Cell phone charged and ringer turned on
Transportation available for use
Have blank time sheets, care notes and PPE supplies on hand at all times
Call the family of the assigned case to introduce yourself before arriving to all cases

Requirements:
Current C.N.A certification and CPR license
Reliable transportation and automobile insurance
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience required.
Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
Licensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with the organizations requirements.
Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
Computer Skills for Mobile Charting and Scheduling
Empathy for the needs of the client
Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to express spoken and/or written ideas in English
Treats clients, staff and the public with courtesy, respect and presents appositive public image.
Works as a team member
Ensures confidentiality and security of the clients medical information.
