Our photographer started as a front of house team member. The guy who comes up with all the flavors of the pizzas, he started as a pizza cook. The team member who makes the schedule? They began by serving crustomers. These new roles one might take on are dynamic and can shift as time goes on or requires change. Truly, find your passion and get paid for it.

Just off the bat, this is not just a bike messenger job. It’s so much more. Our rider connects Dimo’s to our crustomers in their homes and serve as that extra hand when deliveries aren’t happening in store. That means you’re in charge of doing any and everything to ensure that the crustomer gets their food as quickly as possible with as little hassle as possible. Our riders serve as an extension of our store. Even though at its essence, you’re biking pizza to a hungry crustomer, it’s so much more than that. You’re not devoid of a personality, of feelings, of thoughts and dreams, you’re a person too! When you talk on the phone or interact with the customer, it is this authenticity that companies normally seek to hide, instead, we at Dimo’s want it to shine! Use yourself and the setting to inspire you to be you! And serve the crustomer at the same time.

Required Skills:

• Must be able to do minor bike repairs on their own
• Quick bike rider
• Good phone customer service
• Friendly with people
• Belief in the greater good
• Spacial reasoning to ensure effective delivery times
• Understanding of traffic patterns
• Willingness to help team members during down times
• Good prioritization and planning skills
• Can stay calm under pressure
• Problem solving skills
• Must be able to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and receive orders
• Operate POS and cash register
• Plan routes and deliver pizzas
• Communicate effectively with kitchen to ensure order fulfillment
• Perform daily prep
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks
• Restock and reset after each shift
• Assist in BOH or FOH as required
• Assist in delivery or FOH as required
• Late nights

Compensation

• Average of $23 an hour! (15 base + consistent tip pool)
  Opportunity to quickly increase that base rate as well!
