StartDate: 08/29/2022Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $2804.62 - 3090.81

Required Qualifications
Years of Experience: 2. CA license/ EMSA
Trauma experience
ENPC, ACLS, PALS
COVID VACCINE REQUIRED
" Documented 2 vaccine series (or one for J & J) ok to start orientation
" If a traveler has one vaccine, ok to start orientation and can complete vaccines series while on assignment, Cottage will offer Pfizer, if Moderna they will need to get the vaccine elsewhere
" If traveler has no vaccine they will need to go to the Goleta walk-in clinic to receive. No appointment is necessary. They can just show up with their badge.
COVID booster required
