The Setter is responsible for:
- Sourcing leads through door to door lead generation
- Canvasing neighborhoods
- Converting leads to qualified appointments for our Closers
No Experience Required! Although the ideal candidate will have sales and/or customer service experience and be able to demonstrate a track record of successful appointment conversion rates, we are able to train all of it. We are looking for people with great work ethic and good people skills. As the initial personal contact for potential customers, the setting team is key to:
- Presenting the value proposition of Action Solar as well as representing our brand in a professional, polite, and competent manner.
- Ask questions and collect information to make sure customers are qualified.
- Build trust with potential customers, and CREATE VALUE in the appointment.
- Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with a Action Solar Closer and see a customized quote for their home.
- Send reminders and follow up tenaciously to make sure appointments take place.

Pay: 100% commission;50k-75k average for minimum performance. Top performers are consistently making above $250,000/ year with no change in commission structure.
