The Shared Analytic Services - Solutions Validation and Testing team is critical to the CR COE Analytics organization. This team is fundamental to driving customer remediation plans built on standardized and repeatable solutions which improve remediation accuracy, efficiency, and speed. The team validates solutions to data problems or inefficiencies within a defined and well-governed framework.
In this role, you will:
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00 Annual

In this role, you will:
- Review, research, and design methodologies and standards for testing and validating advanced analytic solutions
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts to facilitate complex testing activities, including analysis of business requirements and technical specifications
- Ensure testing activities and review results are clearly and timely documented Provide ongoing testing and post-production testing.
- Communicate overall testing process; provide feedback to developers or appropriate contacts regarding identified gaps and issues.
- Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor to leadership team
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and assist with their development
- Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence statistical modeling, analytical strategies, and advanced data visualization for complex business and technical needs
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques, advance data from multiple sources, and mathematics behind data analysis across the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and coordination of highly complex activities
- Design and lead complex projects, analyses, and application of techniques across the enterprise
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
- 7+ years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of SQL experience
- 2+ years of SAS experience
- Teradata experience
- Audit or Quality Assurance Testing experience
- Experience performing manual testing and integration testing, writing manual and automated test scripts
- Have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
- Ability to form as story through data analysis
- Have a strong attention to detail and be able to meet high quality standards consistently
- Think critically to identify and prevent risk in data, solutions, and procedures
- Be able to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
- Have a sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement in a dynamic and complex environment, coordinating multiple tasks within aggressive time frames
- Interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
- Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Be willing to assist on high priority work outside of regular business hours or on weekends as needed
- Have advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- Flexibility to work from home and meet the home eligibility assessment conditions, based on business need
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
