Education Requirements
Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
Current state RN licensure in the state of practice
Current state RN licensure in the state of practice
Experience Requirements
- Three (3) years nursing experience preferred
- Hospice experience preferred but not required.
- Community health, or medical/surgical experience is preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- 6 months experience caring for the elderly or disabled
- Reliable transportation
- driver's license
