Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Executive

About this Role

Wells Fargo is Seeking a Finance Executive. This role's is responsible for cross enterprise management and oversight of financial planning, financial resiliency, and financial advisory. Primary objective being to provide executive management and the board of directors with tools to manage financial performance, the ability to assess effectiveness of the firm's strategic plans and information needed for internal and external communications.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop a vision and set direction on all aspects of financial planning, resiliency and advisory across Wells Fargo Lines of Business.
  • Provide strategic support and advise to most experienced leaders companywide on financial strategy
  • Establish line of companywide strategic financial plans and objectives
  • Provide leadership to develop guidelines for compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with others to implement key risk initiatives
  • Lead a team of managers and more experienced professionals serving as a key point of coordination for day-to-day activities
  • Plan and execute companywide initiatives to support overall Wells Fargo goals
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
  • Lead team to achieve objectives
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure alignment and achievement of strategic objectives
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 8+ years of Finance experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Management experience

  • Experience developing Sr Executive Management and Board of Director level materials from detailed analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain a highly engaged, high performing, and diverse team.
  • A leader who operates with a collaborative management style, is execution-focused, results oriented and has a demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience developing financial projections and establishing financial goals in collaboration with Line of Business Chief Finance Office teams and key stakeholder
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to coherently present complex financial topics tailored to all audiences.
Pay Range

$207,900.00 - $431,900.00 Annual
