Requirements:

The facility requires candidates to have Arizona or compact license in hand at the time of application. This role may require floating to additional units and/or locations. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

COVID Vaccine Required or declination form with appropriate documentation AND hospital approval.

EOW or every 3rd; first to float

Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs prior to acceptance of a position.

Must circulate for c-sections, no scrubing. Will follow patient to OR and PACU.

Mother Baby and Postpartum. Will also float frequently between Mercy Gilbert and Chandler Regional.

ACLS and BLS must be AHA

24 months recent RN experience required

An interview may not be available prior to offer.

Submissions cannot have worked in Arizona within the past 12 months/one year as a permanent staff employee and does not have a currently active position at an acute care hospital or hospital system in Arizona (meaning even staff PRN).Experienece
