Registered Nurse

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with excellent attention to detail and calm under pressure demeanor for a busy Emergency Room in Lansing, Michigan, to work Weekend Nights only. 3 12-hour shifts Friday - Sunday nights.

Dress Code: Gray Scrubs
EMR: Cerner
Bed Number: 32 Beds with 5 Vertical Express units
Ratio: 4:1 for the main portion but high Acuity is 3:1

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Regularly evaluate plans of care and update as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on how to follow care plans.
• Provide nursing care to their patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse

• Covid Vaccine
• Michigan State registered nurse license
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• 1+ years of recent Emergency Department experience
• Tele experience - Highly Preferred
• Previous travel - Preferred
• ACLS & BLS, TNCC, NIHSS, PALS

Compensation of the Registered Nurse

• Salary: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour. Based on experience, benefit level and traveler status.*
