Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Account Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide quotations to customers, including price, lead time, terms, and enter into Empowering Systems for all power supplies and spare parts as required and a copy of all Sales Orders on the Sales Drive
  • Provide back up for Eastern Region, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, Asia as needed
  • Provide back up for Repair Coordinator as needed
  • Provide timely updates and information to customer’s queries and emails
  • Bring all credit issues and account information to the attention of the Accounting Personnel
  • Make sure that any unprocessed orders waiting for additional information are followed up daily to get that information
  • Resolve customer issues where needed or elevate the matter to the Inside Sales Manager if something can’t easily be solved
  • Return all voice mail messages/calls within 24 hours of receipt
  • Coordinate all Trade Show Logistics, including the Master Spread Sheet, ordering all furniture, lead retrievals, services, badges, material handling, and balances due
  • Coordinate what is needed to be sent from Presentation Solutions to each show (Which demos, promotional materials, booths, etc)
  • Keep detailed file folders available for easy reference in the physical Sales Department
  • Keep track of all expenses and provide the monthly Procurement Log complete with all receipts to Accounting for the Sales Department credit card being used for the shows
  • Work with Manufacturer’s Reps and Regionals, copying them on all correspondence
  • Provide Open Order Reports or updates to customers as requested and required
  • Work with Authorized Repair Facilities/Calibration House as required
  • Keep Portal Information updated and accessible so that a backup person can access and process orders/quotations/updates as needed
  • Cross train duties with other members of the Sales Group for backup of duties as needed

Account Coordinator Job Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Excel and Microsoft Word Experience a must
  • Experience working directly with customers, salespeople and managers a plus
  • Familiarity with a manufacturing environment OR trade show coordination plus
