Security Officer Unarmed for Residential Condo

KNIGHT CONCIERGE AND PROTECTION SERVICE:

As a Professional Security Officer for Knight Concierge and Protection Services you will be responsible for the Security and Safety of our client’s property and personnel. As Knight Protection Security Officer, you will know all site-specific policies and procedures, and implement emergency response activities as appropriate, while providing superior customer service.

Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Florida Security D License.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills, must be able to communicate effectively in person and by radio.
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
• Remain flexible to ever changing environments; adapt well to different situations.
• Able to: work in various environments such as, rain or heat.

Duties and Responsibilities.

• Patrolling and securing the area.
• Reporting safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing
• Monitoring and analyzing CCTV camera footage.
• Responding to alarms and emergencies.
• Keeping an incident report record.
• Communicating any irregularities with management.
• Checking visitors in and out of the area.
• If applicable to the location you are applying for, must be able to meet and continue to meet all applicable licensing requirements for Security Officers based on state, county and/or municipal regulations.
